Our training team

Technical training manager

Thomas-Benjamin Fischer

Hello, my name is Thomas-Benjamin Fischer, I started my apprenticeship here at WASSERMANN in 1999.

After my apprenticeship, I worked in production/turning/milling and grinding for 7 years. I then worked in assembly for 10 years. I have therefore worked in all technical areas of our company and qualified as a trainer. I obtained my training certificate in 2018 through the company.

I really enjoy working with the young people. It is incredibly motivating to see how much euphoria they show when learning the activities. Watching them develop into professionals is just great!

Deputy Technical Training Manager

Dominik Schreiner

Hello, my name is Dominik Schreiner. I completed my apprenticeship as an industrial mechanic at WASSERMANN from 2014 to 2017. Even during my apprenticeship, I was very happy to support and teach the following apprentices as they learned their tasks. This enabled me to attend a mentor training course to provide Thomas-Benjamin with even better support in the area of training.

After my apprenticeship, I worked in assembly for 2 years. During this time, we had around 20 trainees to look after, so we never stopped working together in the area of training support. In 2019, I was able to get my training certificate through WASSERMANN. Since then, I’ve been working full-time as deputy training manager in the company and I really enjoy it.

My job offers me a lot of variety and the chance to meet new people again and again. One thing is clear, it never gets boring with us!

Electrical team leader / training officer

Maciej Mamrot

Hello, my name is Maciej Mamrot. I started my career as a mechatronics technician in 2006. Even during my training, I had the opportunity to supervise and support trainees and younger apprentices, which I really enjoyed.

In 2013, I decided to complete my technician part-time. Alongside this further training, I also obtained a trainer aptitude certificate, which enabled me to actively supervise and organize the training while continuing to work in my profession.

I love motivating young people and working with them to implement the skills they have learned in exciting projects. Working with motivated talents is a valuable experience that I really appreciate.

Commercial training

Lisa Herget

Hello, my name is Lisa Herget. I completed my apprenticeship as a wholesale and foreign trade clerk in 2019 and trained part-time to become a state-certified business economist.

I have been working in materials purchasing since my apprenticeship.

I really enjoyed training apprentices in a commercial profession and supporting them with help and advice. In 2020, I therefore decided to take the trainer aptitude test.

What I like most about my job as a trainer is seeing how the trainees develop personally and professionally during the training period.
