Your start at WASSERMANN – how the first two months will go

In the first few weeks, you will get to know the company and your new colleagues. The "getting to know you" day is a great event, a really fun day with all the trainees and the team of trainers. Activities include go-karting, driving mountain scooters, climbing, the jumping arena, and we always finish the day with a good meal. Your initial fears will disappear, and you'll get to know your fellow trainees.

Then your apprenticeship starts with a basic course in metal technology.
To get to know the company better, you'll move through various departments. After that, we got a basic course in machinery.
