Study objective:

In the three-year dual Bachelor’s degree course, theory (during the semester) and practice (during the lecture-free period) take place alternately. The dual study program starts with a familiarization phase, which begins in August. During this time, the student gets to know the company and its procedures and processes. The lectures of the first semester begin in October. A practical phase takes place after the first, second and third semesters. The fourth semester is followed by project studies, which extend over the entire fifth semester. Apart from two-day theory modules at StudiumPlus, the project studies take place in the company. Larger projects are worked on as part of this. In the sixth semester, the Bachelor’s thesis is written in parallel to the lectures. A colloquium is held in addition to the thesis.

Our dual study program “Bachelor & Master of Science & Engineering: Mechanical Engineering” takes place in cooperation with the Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen(Studium Plus).
