What we offer
Our training team
Technical training manager
Thomas-Benjamin FischerHello, my name is Thomas-Benjamin Fischer. I completed my apprenticeship here at the company; I started my apprenticeship at WASSERMANN in 1999.
After my apprenticeship, I worked in production/turning/milling and grinding for 7 years. I then worked in assembly for 10 years. I have therefore worked in all technical areas of our company and qualified as a trainer. I obtained my training certificate in 2018 through the company.
I really enjoy working with the young people. It is incredibly motivating to see how much euphoria they show when learning the activities. Watching them develop into professionals is just great!

Deputy Technical Training Manager
Dominik SchreinerHello, my name is Dominik Schreiner. I completed my apprenticeship as an industrial mechanic at WASSERMANN from 2014 to 2017. Even during my apprenticeship, I really enjoyed helping and training the next group of apprentices as they learned the job. This allowed me to take a mentor training course so that I could provide even better support to Thomas-Benjamin in the area of training.
After completing my apprenticeship, I worked in the assembly department for two years. During that time, we had about 20 apprentices to supervise, so my involvement in training support never stopped. In 2019, I was able to earn my training certification through WASSERMANN. Since then, I’ve been working full-time as the assistant training manager at the company, and I really enjoy it.
My job offers me a lot of variety and the chance to meet new people again and again. One thing is clear, it never gets boring with us!

Business Training
Lisa HergetHello, my name is Lisa Herget. I completed my apprenticeship as a wholesale and foreign trade clerk in 2019 and trained part-time to become a state-certified business economist.
I have been working in materials purchasing since my apprenticeship.
I really enjoyed training apprentices in a business-related profession and supporting them with advice and practical help. That’s why I decided to earn my trainer certification in 2020.
What I like most about my job as a trainer is seeing how the trainees develop personally and professionally during the training period.
