Our WORK-L 800 pallet terminal is ideal for connecting to all types of machining centers and milling machines, up to a clamping pallet size of 630×630 mm. With 3×4 pallet spaces per element, you can expand the storage as needed. The total capacity and connection of additional machines are limited only by the boundaries of your production hall. With maximum transfer weights of up to 800 kg, the system is ideal for large and heavy components and multiple clamping systems.

Additional set-up stations (individual)

The setup station parallel to production time is realized ergonomically and offers maximum safety for your employees thanks to the mechanical locking.
The setup stations can be configured on any side of the terminal.
On request, the architecture version of the expandable linear storage system can be planned with any number of set-up stations for setup parallel to production time.
It is to be noted that, depending on the version, from 1 to 3 fewer workpiece locations can be used in the store.

If needed, multiple pallet types can be used at the same time.

The positions can be allocated individually.

This option is available for the following pallet sizes:

400mm x 400mm
320mm x 320mm
d 148mm

Please note that this option is not available for 630mm x 630mm pallets.

This option offers in-house pallet management within the software package

The control technology is implemented via ProCam.

Inside the storage unit, the heights of the individual levels can be flexibly divided between 250 mm – 500 mm

On request, we can retrofit machines that are not prepared for automation at the factory.
A zero point clamping system including media guidance is retrofitted for this purpose.
