Certified processes for
safety-critical functional components

Safety is our top priority. We use all our knowledge and expertise to ensure that safety-critical components for aircraft and helicopters, i.e. non-serialized SK2 parts or SK3 parts, meet all manufacturing specifications. Our production is certified according to EN 9100. Our processes are subject to verifiable controls and each sub-process is implemented by our technicians exactly as defined in advance.   

We are equipped for production and testing.

In this way, for every small bushing and every large milled part we ensure a level of quality that can stand up to any inspection. WASSERMANN has the right manufacturing process for an enormous range of safety-critical components and functional parts. We take care of the entire realization, from the raw material to the finished part, including crack testing and coating.
