These drives have interfaces to the vacuum and are used for example in sputtering, or sputter deposition (cathode sputtering) in the semiconductor, optoelectronics, optics, medical technology, and other sectors.

High demands are placed on the cleanliness and tightness of the components, some of which run in a vacuum. Complex assemblies with many elaborate assembly steps require sophisticated and complete documentation. We manufacture large quantities with punctual delivery with on-time delivery.

We manufacture the mechanical components, procure and handle the individual parts, put them together to form assemblies, and carry out the necessary functional and leak tests.
