Your start at WASSERMANN – how the first two months will go

During your training, you'll move through various departments. At the beginning of the apprenticeship, you'll spend a week with the other trainees in the other apprentices in the training workshop, in order to get to know each other better and to familiarize yourself with the company.
After this time, you pass through the various departments. As an industrial sales representative, you pass through the departments purchasing, logistics, personnel, sales, accounting, service, and marketing. Most of the time is spent in purchasing and sales. You attend vocational school once a week and twice every second week. After completing half of the training period you'll have to write an intermediate exam, and after three years you take the final exam. You'll attend the Richard Müller School (Richard-Müller-Schule) in Fulda.
