We have the appropriate machines and supplementary automation for tools, pallets, and workpieces. We turn, mill, and grind your components. If you need additional surface finishing or assembly to create a ready-to-install solution, we have suppliers of long standing ready to help. The high degree of automation at WASSERMANN ensures that processes crucial for quality run exactly the same every time and in every shift. We are equipped to standardize quality even for small runs.

This allows us to rule out contamination and additionally guarantee precision and value. We record all QA results and document everything essential about the components and assemblies. Our logistics are also well-organized. With just-in-time calls, your components arrive on time in production.

When processes are automated, someone still has to be in charge. Our control system takes care of that. It coordinates the automation of tools, workpieces, and pallets, provides the required CNC programs and ensures the right interaction with the machines. Some key moments of our history:

• 1969: founded as HPI by Helmut Wassermann
• Our founder had his own engineering office and industrial agency, representing gearbox manufacturers, foundries, frequency converters, and more.
• The demand for products increased, so HPI set up its own production facility.
• The then-new CNC technology was introduced in 1976.
• 1980: The entry into vacuum production, including system production
• 1985: Development and production of the first control cams
• 1999: Beginning of our work with tool automation, with tool changers developed and manufactured by us.
