Osobn\u00ed \u00fadaje m\u016f\u017eeme zpracov\u00e1vat tak\u00e9 z ve\u0159ejn\u011b p\u0159\u00edstupn\u00fdch zdroj\u016f (nap\u0159. webov\u00fdch str\u00e1nek, profesn\u00edch s\u00edt\u00ed), kter\u00e9 pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1me v r\u00e1mci opr\u00e1vn\u011bn\u00ed a pouze pro p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00fd \u00fa\u010del. \u00dadaje z\u00edsk\u00e1v\u00e1me tak\u00e9 od t\u0159et\u00edch stran (nap\u0159. \u00fa\u0159ad\u016f pr\u00e1ce, person\u00e1ln\u00edch agentur).  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Poskytnut\u00ed va\u0161ich osobn\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f nen\u00ed z\u00e1konem ani smlouvou vy\u017eadov\u00e1no, ale je nezbytn\u00e9 pro proces pod\u00e1n\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dosti u n\u00e1s. Poskytnut\u00ed t\u011bchto \u00fadaj\u016f nen\u00ed povinn\u00e9. Jejich neposkytnut\u00ed v\u0161ak m\u016f\u017ee znamenat, \u017ee va\u0161i \u017e\u00e1dost nebudeme moci v r\u00e1mci v\u00fdb\u011brov\u00e9ho \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed na inzerovanou pozici posoudit. P\u0159i zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00e1mi poskytnut\u00fdch \u00fadaj\u016f se nepou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 pln\u011b automatizovan\u00e9 rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed (v\u010detn\u011b profilov\u00e1n\u00ed) podle \u010dl. 22 GDPR.    <\/p>\n\n<h4 id=\"zacleneni-do-nasi-skupiny-talentu\" class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"zacleneni-do-nasi-skupiny-talentu\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Za\u010dlen\u011bn\u00ed do na\u0161\u00ed skupiny talent\u016f<\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nab\u00edz\u00edme v\u00e1m mo\u017enost, aby va\u0161e osobn\u00ed \u00fadaje byly ulo\u017eeny v na\u0161\u00ed datab\u00e1zi talent\u016f i po skon\u010den\u00ed konkr\u00e9tn\u00edho v\u00fdb\u011brov\u00e9ho \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed a abyste je mohli vyu\u017e\u00edt p\u0159i v\u00fdb\u011bru zaj\u00edmav\u00fdch voln\u00fdch pracovn\u00edch m\u00edst. B\u011bhem tohoto obdob\u00ed v\u00e1s m\u016f\u017eeme kontaktovat a pokra\u010dovat v procesu pod\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dost\u00ed, pokud budete zva\u017eov\u00e1ni pro jinou pozici. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pokud chcete b\u00fdt v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b odm\u00edtnut\u00ed za\u0159azeni do na\u0161eho seznamu talent\u016f, pot\u0159ebujeme od v\u00e1s souhlasn\u00e9 prohl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed. V e-mailu o odm\u00edtnut\u00ed je p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00fd odkaz, kter\u00fd v\u00e1s p\u0159esm\u011bruje na na\u0161e webov\u00e9 str\u00e1nky, kde m\u016f\u017eete sv\u016fj souhlas dobrovoln\u011b ud\u011blit. Jakmile souhlas \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u011b ud\u011bl\u00edte, bude va\u0161e \u017e\u00e1dost ulo\u017eena v na\u0161em fondu talent\u016f po dobu dvaceti \u010dty\u0159 m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f a obdr\u017e\u00edte potvrzuj\u00edc\u00ed e-mail. Potvrzovac\u00ed e-mail bude obsahovat odkaz pro zru\u0161en\u00ed, kter\u00fd m\u016f\u017eete pou\u017e\u00edt pro odvol\u00e1n\u00ed souhlasu na celou dobu ulo\u017een\u00ed dvaceti \u010dty\u0159 m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f. Za t\u00edmto \u00fa\u010delem budete p\u0159esm\u011brov\u00e1ni na na\u0161e webov\u00e9 str\u00e1nky, kde budete m\u00edt mo\u017enost sv\u016fj souhlas odvolat. Po \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9m zru\u0161en\u00ed obdr\u017e\u00edte potvrzuj\u00edc\u00ed e-mail. V takov\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b budou va\u0161e \u00fadaje okam\u017eit\u011b vymaz\u00e1ny.       <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pokud jste n\u00e1m poskytli &#8222;zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00ed kategorie osobn\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f&#8220; v souladu s \u010dl. 9 GDPR prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm dokument\u016f p\u0159edlo\u017een\u00fdch v procesu pod\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dosti, vztahuje se v\u00e1\u0161 souhlas i na tyto \u00fadaje.<\/p>\n\n<h4 id=\"vznik-pracovniho-pomeru\" class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"vznik-pracovniho-pomeru\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vznik pracovn\u00edho pom\u011bru<\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pokud mezi v\u00e1mi a n\u00e1mi existuje pracovn\u011bpr\u00e1vn\u00ed vztah, m\u016f\u017eeme osobn\u00ed \u00fadaje, kter\u00e9 jsme od v\u00e1s ji\u017e obdr\u017eeli, zpracov\u00e1vat pro \u00fa\u010dely pracovn\u011bpr\u00e1vn\u00edho vztahu v souladu s \u00a7 26 odst. 1 BDSG. D\u011bje se tak, pokud je to nezbytn\u00e9 pro v\u00fdkon nebo ukon\u010den\u00ed pracovn\u00edho pom\u011bru nebo pro v\u00fdkon nebo pln\u011bn\u00ed pr\u00e1v a povinnost\u00ed zastupov\u00e1n\u00ed zam\u011bstnanc\u016f vypl\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00edch ze z\u00e1kona nebo kolektivn\u00ed smlouvy, smlouvy o d\u00edlo nebo smlouvy o poskytov\u00e1n\u00ed slu\u017eeb (kolektivn\u00ed smlouvy).  <\/p>\n\n<h3 id=\"2-ucel-a-pravni-zaklad-zpracovani\" class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"2-ucel-a-pravni-zaklad-zpracovani\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. \u00fa\u010del a pr\u00e1vn\u00ed z\u00e1klad zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Va\u0161e \u00fadaje jsou zpracov\u00e1v\u00e1ny v r\u00e1mci \u017e\u00e1dosti o zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed na z\u00e1klad\u011b \u010dl. 88 odst. 1 GDPR ve spojen\u00ed s \u00a7 26 odst. 1 BDSG za \u00fa\u010delem uzav\u0159en\u00ed pracovn\u00edho pom\u011bru se spole\u010dnost\u00ed WASSERMANN TECHNOLOGIE GmbH.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pokud n\u00e1m ud\u011bl\u00edte souhlas se za\u0159azen\u00edm do skupiny talent\u016f, je pr\u00e1vn\u00edm z\u00e1kladem pro zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed \u00fadaj\u016f existence souhlasu podle \u00a7 26 odst. 2 BDSG ve spojen\u00ed s \u010dl. 6 odst. 1 v\u011bta 1 p\u00edsm. a GDPR.    <\/p>\n\n<h3 id=\"3-doba-trvani-zpracovani-moznosti-zruseni-a-odstraneni\" class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"3-doba-trvani-zpracovani-moznosti-zruseni-a-odstraneni\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. doba trv\u00e1n\u00ed zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed, mo\u017enosti zru\u0161en\u00ed a odstran\u011bn\u00ed.<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b zam\u00edtnut\u00ed budou va\u0161e dokumenty k \u017e\u00e1dosti vymaz\u00e1ny \u0161est m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f po ukon\u010den\u00ed procesu pod\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dost\u00ed, pokud jste n\u00e1m neud\u011blili souhlas s del\u0161\u00edm ulo\u017een\u00edm (ulo\u017een\u00ed v datab\u00e1zi talent\u016f po dobu 24 m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f).<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pokud jste n\u00e1m ud\u011blili souhlas s ulo\u017een\u00edm va\u0161ich \u00fadaj\u016f v na\u0161em fondu talent\u016f, m\u00e1te podle z\u00e1kona o ochran\u011b osobn\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f pr\u00e1vo sv\u016fj souhlas kdykoli odvolat. Odvol\u00e1n\u00ed souhlasu nem\u00e1 vliv na z\u00e1konnost zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed zalo\u017een\u00e9ho na souhlasu p\u0159ed jeho odvol\u00e1n\u00edm. Odvol\u00e1n\u00ed m\u016f\u017eete zaslat spr\u00e1vci prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm odkazu v potvrzovac\u00edm e-mailu, e-mailem nebo po\u0161tou. V takov\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b budou va\u0161e \u00fadaje okam\u017eit\u011b vymaz\u00e1ny a po odvol\u00e1n\u00ed souhlasu budou v\u00e1mi poskytnut\u00e9 \u00fadaje zpracov\u00e1v\u00e1ny za \u00fa\u010delem spln\u011bn\u00ed z\u00e1konn\u00fdch povinnost\u00ed uchov\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed nebo na z\u00e1klad\u011b na\u0161ich opr\u00e1vn\u011bn\u00fdch z\u00e1jm\u016f.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pokud budete p\u0159ijati, p\u0159eneseme va\u0161e dokumenty k \u017e\u00e1dosti do va\u0161eho osobn\u00edho spisu. Po ukon\u010den\u00ed pracovn\u00edho pom\u011bru budeme nad\u00e1le uchov\u00e1vat osobn\u00ed \u00fadaje, kter\u00e9 jsme ze z\u00e1kona povinni uchov\u00e1vat. Pravideln\u011b to vypl\u00fdv\u00e1 ze z\u00e1konn\u00fdch povinnost\u00ed t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00edch se evidence a uchov\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed \u00fadaj\u016f, kter\u00e9 jsou upraveny mimo jin\u00e9 v n\u011bmeck\u00e9m obchodn\u00edm z\u00e1kon\u00edku a n\u011bmeck\u00e9m da\u0148ov\u00e9m z\u00e1kon\u00edku. Jedn\u00e1 se o poskytovatele slu\u017eeb, jako jsou poskytovatel\u00e9 slu\u017eeb \u00fadr\u017eby IT, videokonferen\u010dn\u00edch n\u00e1stroj\u016f nebo rozes\u00edl\u00e1n\u00ed newsletter\u016f (tzv. zpracovatel\u00e9). Tito poskytovatel\u00e9 slu\u017eeb jednaj\u00ed pouze v souladu s na\u0161imi pokyny a jsou smluvn\u011b zav\u00e1z\u00e1ni dodr\u017eovat platn\u00e9 po\u017eadavky na ochranu osobn\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f. Za t\u00edmto \u00fa\u010delem uzav\u00edr\u00e1me s t\u011bmito poskytovateli slu\u017eeb p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00e9 p\u00edsemn\u00e9 smlouvy o zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed objedn\u00e1vek. Jedn\u00e1 se o smlouvu p\u0159edepsanou z\u00e1konem o ochran\u011b osobn\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f, kter\u00e1 zaji\u0161\u0165uje, \u017ee na\u0161i poskytovatel\u00e9 slu\u017eeb zpracov\u00e1vaj\u00ed osobn\u00ed \u00fadaje na\u0161ich [subjekt\u016f \u00fadaj\u016f] pouze v souladu s na\u0161imi pokyny a v souladu s p\u0159edpisy o ochran\u011b osobn\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f (GDPR, BDSG atd.).    <\/p>\n\n<h3 id=\"5-predavani-udaju-do-tretich-zemi\" class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"5-predavani-udaju-do-tretich-zemi\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. p\u0159ed\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed \u00fadaj\u016f do t\u0159et\u00edch zem\u00ed<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">V\u00e1mi poskytnut\u00e9 \u00fadaje nebudou v \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b p\u0159ed\u00e1ny do t\u0159et\u00ed zem\u011b nebo mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed organizaci. Pr\u00e1va subjektu \u00fadaj\u016f<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pokud zpracov\u00e1v\u00e1me va\u0161e osobn\u00ed \u00fadaje, m\u00e1te jako subjekt \u00fadaj\u016f v\u016f\u010di n\u00e1m jako spr\u00e1vci n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed pr\u00e1va:<\/p>\n\n<h3 id=\"1-pravo-na-informace-cl-15-gdpr\" class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"1-pravo-na-informace-cl-15-gdpr\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. pr\u00e1vo na informace, \u010dl. 15 GDPR<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">V r\u00e1mci platn\u00fdch pr\u00e1vn\u00edch p\u0159edpis\u016f m\u00e1te kdykoli pr\u00e1vo na (bezplatn\u00e9) informace o sv\u00fdch shrom\u00e1\u017ed\u011bn\u00fdch a ulo\u017een\u00fdch osobn\u00edch \u00fadaj\u00edch. To zahrnuje tak\u00e9 informace o \u00fa\u010delech zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed, jejich p\u016fvodu a p\u0159\u00edjemc\u00edch, dob\u011b ulo\u017een\u00ed a existenci r\u016fzn\u00fdch pr\u00e1v. <\/p>\n\n<h3 id=\"2-pravo-na-opravu-cl-16-gdpr\" class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"2-pravo-na-opravu-cl-16-gdpr\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. pr\u00e1vo na opravu, \u010dl. 16 GDPR<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">M\u00e1te pr\u00e1vo na opravu (i ve smyslu dopln\u011bn\u00ed) sv\u00fdch \u00fadaj\u016f v\u016f\u010di spr\u00e1vci, pokud jsou zpracov\u00e1van\u00e9 osobn\u00ed \u00fadaje, kter\u00e9 se v\u00e1s t\u00fdkaj\u00ed, nespr\u00e1vn\u00e9 nebo ne\u00fapln\u00e9 pro \u00fa\u010dely zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed. Spr\u00e1vce mus\u00ed opravu prov\u00e9st bezodkladn\u011b. <\/p>\n\n<h3 id=\"3-pravo-na-vymaz-cl-17-gdpr\" class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"3-pravo-na-vymaz-cl-17-gdpr\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. pr\u00e1vo na v\u00fdmaz, \u010dl. 17 GDPR<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O v\u00fdmaz sv\u00fdch osobn\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f m\u016f\u017eete kdykoli po\u017e\u00e1dat za podm\u00ednek stanoven\u00fdch v \u010dl. 17 GDPR, pokud st\u00e1le neexistuj\u00ed okolnosti, kter\u00e9 spr\u00e1vce oprav\u0148uj\u00ed nebo zavazuj\u00ed k dal\u0161\u00edmu zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed va\u0161ich osobn\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f (nap\u0159. z\u00e1konn\u00e9 povinnosti uchov\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed).<\/p>\n\n<h3 id=\"4-pravo-na-omezeni-zpracovani-cl-18-gdpr\" class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"4-pravo-na-omezeni-zpracovani-cl-18-gdpr\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. pr\u00e1vo na omezen\u00ed zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed, \u010dl. 18 GDPR<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pokud jsou spln\u011bny z\u00e1konn\u00e9 po\u017eadavky, m\u016f\u017eete po\u017e\u00e1dat o omezen\u00ed zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed va\u0161ich osobn\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f v rozsahu \u010dl. 18 GDPR.<\/p>\n\n<h3 id=\"5-pravo-na-prenositelnost-udaju-cl-20-gdpr\" class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"5-pravo-na-prenositelnost-udaju-cl-20-gdpr\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. pr\u00e1vo na p\u0159enositelnost \u00fadaj\u016f, \u010dl. 20 GDPR<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pokud jste n\u00e1m poskytli osobn\u00ed \u00fadaje a automatizovan\u00e9 zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed se prov\u00e1d\u00ed na z\u00e1klad\u011b va\u0161eho souhlasu nebo na z\u00e1klad\u011b smlouvy, m\u00e1te pr\u00e1vo na p\u0159enos v\u00e1mi poskytnut\u00fdch \u00fadaj\u016f v rozsahu \u010dl. 20 GDPR, pokud t\u00edm nebudou nep\u0159\u00edzniv\u011b dot\u010dena pr\u00e1va a svobody jin\u00fdch osob. \u00dadaje budou poskytnuty v b\u011b\u017en\u011b pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9m, strojov\u011b \u010diteln\u00e9m form\u00e1tu. Pokud po\u017e\u00e1d\u00e1te o p\u0159\u00edm\u00e9 p\u0159ed\u00e1n\u00ed \u00fadaj\u016f jin\u00e9mu spr\u00e1vci, bude to provedeno pouze v rozsahu, v jak\u00e9m je to technicky provediteln\u00e9.  <\/p>\n\n<h3 id=\"6-pravo-vznest-namitku-cl-21-gdpr\" class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"6-pravo-vznest-namitku-cl-21-gdpr\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. pr\u00e1vo vzn\u00e9st n\u00e1mitku, \u010dl. 21 GDPR<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">M\u00e1te pr\u00e1vo vzn\u00e9st n\u00e1mitku proti zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed v rozsahu \u010dl. 21 GDPR, pokud je zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed \u00fadaj\u016f prov\u00e1d\u011bno za \u00fa\u010delem p\u0159\u00edm\u00e9ho marketingu nebo profilov\u00e1n\u00ed. N\u00e1mitku proti zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed m\u016f\u017eete vzn\u00e9st na z\u00e1klad\u011b vyv\u00e1\u017een\u00ed z\u00e1jm\u016f uveden\u00edm d\u016fvod\u016f, kter\u00e9 vypl\u00fdvaj\u00ed z va\u0161\u00ed konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed situace. <\/p>\n\n<h3 id=\"7-pravo-na-odvolani-souhlasu-cl-7-odst-3-gdpr\" class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"7-pravo-na-odvolani-souhlasu-cl-7-odst-3-gdpr\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. pr\u00e1vo na odvol\u00e1n\u00ed souhlasu, \u010dl. 7 odst. 3 GDPR <\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Podle z\u00e1kona o ochran\u011b osobn\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f m\u00e1te pr\u00e1vo kdykoli odvolat sv\u00e9 prohl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed o souhlasu. Z\u00e1konnost zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed \u00fadaj\u016f proveden\u00e9ho do odvol\u00e1n\u00ed z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 odvol\u00e1n\u00edm nedot\u010dena. Odvol\u00e1n\u00ed m\u016f\u017eete zaslat e-mailem nebo po\u0161tou spr\u00e1vci.  <\/p>\n\n<h3 id=\"8-pravo-podat-stiznost-u-dozoroveho-uradu\" class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"8-pravo-podat-stiznost-u-dozoroveho-uradu\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. pr\u00e1vo podat st\u00ed\u017enost u dozorov\u00e9ho \u00fa\u0159adu.<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ani\u017e jsou dot\u010deny jak\u00e9koli jin\u00e9 spr\u00e1vn\u00ed nebo soudn\u00ed opravn\u00e9 prost\u0159edky, m\u00e1te pr\u00e1vo podat st\u00ed\u017enost u dozorov\u00e9ho \u00fa\u0159adu pro ochranu \u00fadaj\u016f, zejm\u00e9na v \u010dlensk\u00e9m st\u00e1t\u011b sv\u00e9ho obvykl\u00e9ho bydli\u0161t\u011b, pracovi\u0161t\u011b nebo m\u00edsta \u00fadajn\u00e9ho poru\u0161en\u00ed, pokud se domn\u00edv\u00e1te, \u017ee zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed osobn\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f, kter\u00e9 se v\u00e1s t\u00fdkaj\u00ed, poru\u0161uje GDPR.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dozorov\u00fdm org\u00e1nem, kter\u00fd je za n\u00e1s zodpov\u011bdn\u00fd, je hesensk\u00fd komisa\u0159 pro ochranu \u00fadaj\u016f a svobodu informac\u00ed.
