Benewens PLC-funksionaliteit, bewegingsbeheer en visualisering, kan die gereedskapdatabasis ook op dieselfde platform loop. Dit het &#8216;n beduidende voordeel in die algehele stelselontwerp geblyk te wees.\u201d Julian Becker voeg by dat dit baie maklik was om Beckhoff se rekenaargebaseerde beheertegnologie te leer: \u201cDie gebruik van bekende, gestandaardiseerde programmeertale het die werking aansienlik vereenvoudig.\u201d  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Becker Engineering het ook voordeel getrek uit die diverse datakommunikasiemoontlikhede wat deur TwinCAT ADS gebied word. Christoph Neuhaus verduidelik: \u201cADS maak baie maklike toegang tot PLC-data vanuit &#8216;n ho\u00ebvlak-taaltoepassing moontlik. Verder maak dit uiters buigsame toekomstige ontwikkeling moontlik.<br\/> &#8220;Voer gerieflik die nodige opdaterings in en implementeer ook Industrie 4.0-oplossings deur die kli\u00ebnt\/bediener-argitektuur wat beskikbaar is via ADS-kommunikasie te gebruik.&#8221;    <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vir Christoph Neuhaus is nog &#8216;n belangrike aspek van rekenaargebaseerde beheer die beskikbaarheid van huidige Windows-bedryfstelsels, die goeie opdateringsbeleid en die simulasievermo\u00ebns sonder bykomende lisensie- of hardewarevereistes: &#8220;Die hele stelsel kan op jou eie ontwikkelingsrekenaar gesimuleer word. Dit laat jou byvoorbeeld toe om die bewegingsasse na simulasieasse oor te skakel of die invoer-\/uitvoergedrag naby die hardeware te modelleer met behulp van sagtewaresimulasiemodules.&#8221;<\/p>\n\r\n\r\n<div id=\"block-6569c45ee9f9c\"  class=\"headline_icon wassermann_block\">\r\n  <div class=\"noborder\">\r\n        <h2 class=\"custom_headline h2\" class=\"custom_headline h2\" id=\"gerieflik-hanteerbare-bewegingsbeheer\">\r\n              <span class=\"headline\">Gerieflik hanteerbare bewegingsbeheer<\/span>\r\n                <\/h2>\r\n    <\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In &#8216;n onlangs ge\u00efmplementeerde gereedskapsterminal met twee trommels verseker &#8216;n totaal van vyf servo-asse vinnige en presiese gereedskaphantering.
